Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos

The cost for a Deluxe Platinum KING Room is $552.30 pp for three nights or $718 pp for 4 nights (based on double occupancy). Each additional night is $165.70 per person. If you need child rates or are interested in another room category, please contact Aimee. This rate includes all accommodations, meals, drinks, activities, limitless resort credit for spa and tours and round-trip transportation from the airport. The deposit is only $100 per person to reserve your room. The room deposit is non-refundable. Please book your room by April 26, 2021. The final payment (remaining balance) is due on May 21, 2021. All you have to do is contact them and let them know that you are attending "Melinda and LaNiece’s Wedding”. The group rate is the lowest you will find for the accommodations, plus your room will be near the rest of the wedding guests. If you are planning to attend our wedding, you MUST book via the group block as it includes our private wedding events. We hope you can make it!

The resort allowed us to hold only a few swim up rooms so if you are looking to book one please be sure to let Aimee know as soon as possible to ensure availability. Deluxe Platinum with 2 beds: $567.72 pp for 3 nights or $738.63 per person for 4 nights and $170.91 per person for additional nights Deluxe Platinum Swim Up: $579.28 pp for 3 nights or $754.04 per person for 4 nights and $174.76 per person for additional nights Junior Suite King: $602.41 pp for 3 nights or $784.88 per person for 4 nights and $182.47 per person for additional nights Rock Royalty Deluxe Platinum: $702.64 pp for 3 nights or $918.52 per person for 4 nights and $215.88 per person for additional nights FYI: The Rock Royalty rooms come with VIP access to the entire hotel, your own personal assistant throughout your stay and several other perks as that can be seen on the link provided.. Please note: Any deviations made after final payment (May 21, 2021) will result in a $25 change fee. Guests will have until 6 PM PST on final payment date to make their payment. If payment is not received by this time guests will be assessed a 10% late fee which is added to your invoice. Guests have three days to make payment in full, if after this time Modern Romance Travel has not received payment your reservation will auto cancel and all monies paid to date are forfeited, and non- refundable. Cancellation schedule: • From now– 3/25/21 – $100 per person nonrefundable deposit lost • From 3/2/21- 4/24/21- $100 nonrefundable deposit lost plus an additional $100 per person penalty • 4/25/21 to – 5/28/21 -$200 per person penalty, plus any additional hotel penalties will be assessed. • 6/10/21- 0 days – No refund, full penalty applies Travel insurance is highly recommended allows you to cancel for any covered reason and is available via Modern Romance Travel as well.

Covid-19 Test Requirements

Effective January 26, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is requiring all air passengers entering the United States to present a negative COVID-19 test result. U.S. guests will receive 2 complimentary antigen tests per room; additional tests can be purchased for $50 USD. Antigen testing meets these CDC requirements, and must be taken within 3 calendar days before your departing flight to the U.S. Alternatively, in place of a negative test result, passengers who have made a full recovery from COVID-19 in the last 3 months (90 days) preceding the flight’s departure from an international destination, may choose to present “documentation of recovery” that includes positive viral test results and an official letter from a healthcare provider stating they have been cleared for travel.
