The Ceremony will begin at 4:00pm and the Reception will follow.
Please arrive at least 15 - 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat.
Yes. An RSVP is ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED for EVERYONE. NO EXCEPTIONS!! It is essential in planning for the ceremony seating and reception meals. If we do not get an RSVP back by the date which we have provided, it will be marked as a “No”.

Your presence will surely be missed and we do understand. Please RSVP “Respectfully Decline.” If you have RSVP’d attending, but find that you can no longer make it, please notify us immediately so we can update the headcount for our vendors. If you have missed the RSVP deadline, please understand we will update our guest list accordingly and can not accept late responses due to this. Thank You!!
Semi-Formal/Cocktail Hour Attire We would love to see our Family and Friends dress up with us. If you want to dress with the aesthetics of the wedding, the colors are Burgundy, Rose Gold, and Ivory.
No, we are requesting that all guests refrain from wearing White or Off White Attire. (Reserved For Bride and Groom)
While we would love to see your Kiddos, we decided to keep our ceremony and reception an Adult Only event. (The only exception being the little ones in our wedding party). However, we encourage parents to use this evening as a “date night.” We hope you can understand and enjoy it as a date night.
Please see your invitation for the number of seats reserved in your honor. As we have a strict guest list to stay within our venue capacity, we can only accommodate those listed on your specific invitation. Thank You for understanding!!

The Ceremony will be located outdoors. The Reception will be located indoors.
Yes, there will be a limited open bar. Please do not bring your own alcohol, it is against the policy of the Venue and we could face additional fees. Please drink responsibly and make arrangements to get home safely.
We are having an UNPLUGGED CEREMONY, which means we ask that all cellphones, electronics and cameras be turned off and put away at all times during the ceremony. We will have a Professional Photographer and Videographer present who will be sharing all their hard work with the guests as well! You are welcome to take photos afterwards at our reception but please continue to be mindful of our professionals.
We ask that our guests please respect our intimate day and refrain from posting photos or videos on social media until after the wedding and after they have seen that the Bride and Groom has had a chance to post! After that you are welcome to share your photos.
