Shuttle from The Wave to The Royal Crest Room

April 11, 2026 5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

We will be running a bus and shuttles to the venue. Please arrive at the front drive of The Wave not later than 5:00 PM if you plan to take the bus. We will be running shuttles back to the hotel during the evening starting around 8:30 PM. Last shuttle returning back will be at 10:30 PM.

Courtyard Orlando Lake Nona

The Courtyard/Residence Inn is a great alternative to The Wave, just down the road and you can book on either side of the hotel, both the Courtyard and Residence share the same entrance! This hotel is close enough to The Wave that you can walk to it to catch the bus transportation to the venue on the day of the wedding.
