Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

As soon as possible! We love getting the notification that you are coming to our party! But seriously, RSVP by January 1 so that we can get final numbers to all our vendors. Hotel needs to be booked by February 1 to use our group rate.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love the children in our lives, this party is for adults only. If you need childcare, we can help reach out to local childcare professionals for you, we have several we like and trust.

Can I bring a date/friend/significant also/?

Answer

If your invitation was addressed to you and your date, yes! If not, please don't. As much as we'd love to share our party with the whole world, the venue is a finite space. So if you can bring a TARDIS you can bring an extra date!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We have suggested semi-formal/cocktail attire. If you want to try to out-extra Shona on this day, best of luck to you! Dress nicely and in a way that makes you feel confident and comfortable. No jeans, shorts, etc. Only warning: the ceremony will be outside on the grass, so wear heels at your own risk! Fine, additional warning: The weather in California can be fickle, but we anticipate it not being cooler than the low 50's outside, and even then not until after the sun sets. Please think about the temperature when planning your attire.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course. We are tracking gluten and animal product issues through the RSVP page, but if you have an additional concern, please let us know via our shared email address.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is limited parking at the venue, however, we highly encourage that everyone drive safely and responsibly. If you intend to enjoy libations at the reception, please also make plans to rideshare or designate a sober driver.
