Welcome Event

7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

The welcome party will begin at 7pm. Light hors d'oeuvres, beer, and wine will be served. Transportation: Shuttle service will be available from both hotels to the venue: Homewood Suites - departures at 6:45 pm and 7:15 pm Hilton Garden Inn - departure at 6:45 pm Return shuttles will begin at 9:30pm to 10:15pm Ubers and Lyfts are also readily available in the area. We look forward to seeing you there!

Wedding Ceremony and Reception

5:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Semi-formal attire

We are so excited to celebrate our special day with you! Please plan to arrive between 4:30pm - 4:45pm. The event space is just a short walking distance from the hotels for your convenience. Pre-ceremony drinks will be served upon arrival. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm, with dinner, drinks, and dancing to follow. Transportation: a hotel shuttle will run continuously from 4:30pm to 5:00pm to the wedding venue, with return service from 9:45pm to 10:15 pm While we love your little ones, this will be an adults only celebration. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you at the wedding!
