Maid of Honor
Callie is my neighbor, best-friend, chosen sister, biggest supporter, and overall just someone I could not live without. We’ve spent hours learning new dance moves, roller-blading in her basement, rip-sticking, climbing trees, playing rock band, and laughing. Little-known fact, I started swimming as a kid to hang out with Callie. No matter where we are in life we always find time for each other. I’m overjoyed to call her my maid of honor.
Bridesmaid
Sydney was one of my first real friends when I moved to Wilson School District. I’m now lucky to call her one of my best-friends. Syd is a fiercely loyal and selfless friend. Truly one-of-a-kind. Together we became experts at tie-dying shirts and going on summer adventures (Kayaking, Hiking, Twin Valley Coffee runs with Ian). Syd is an honorary Millersville University student and a true Philadelphia sports fan. Fun fact… we share a favorite (active) Phillies baseball player #BCIB. I am truly honored to have her as one of my bridesmaids.
Bridesmaid
Jocelyn is one of my oldest and dearest friends. Our paths always seemed to intertwine. When we were eight or nine, I vividly remember playing cards with Jocelyn and her brothers at Crestwood Pool. We met again in high school when I moved to Wilson. Joce and I easily picked up where we left off. Late night McDonald’s runs, glow bowling, and nerf gun wars (with Meg) are just a few of my favorite memories. Joce is an avid cat rescuer and an elementary school teacher. Even when we swam for rival colleges she remained one of my biggest supporters. I truly could not get married without her.
Bridesmaid
Josie was one of the first friends I made as a registered nurse. After almost three years of working together I can firmly say she is one of my greatest friends. Josie is a brilliant nurse and a fervent bibliophile. Also, my favorite human dictionary. Recently, some of my favorite memories are with Josie and our book club (Kimber and Delaney) trying out different cafes/breakfast spots in Lancaster. I am very fortunate to have Josie in my life. I could not take this next step without her.
Best Man
As my brother, this was an easy decision. He has been there for me through all the pivotal moments. From playing sports together, to car rides to school, to family vacations, you can always count on Logan to have some witty jokes and encourage you to try something out of your norm. He will offer his opinion whether you like it or not, and will argue his stance until he’s blue in the face (even if he’s wrong). As much as that will lead us to bicker with each other, there’s nobody else I’d rather have stand next to me at my wedding.
Groomsman
Cody is the initial spark that got me interested in hockey. Getting to watch him play made me want to try it out myself. We eventually got to play some men’s leagues together and have a great time in doing so. You’ll find us playing yard games and hanging out at family parties. He is a go-to when getting a tee time on the golf course. There’s never a shortage of Cody stories that’ll make you laugh.
Groomsman
I met Austin briefly our freshman year at Millersville through mutual friends. We really started becoming better friends during COVID when we’d play video games almost every night. We do what we can to meet up for a couple golf rounds each year as well as link up with Ryan to all get together. We’re always laughing and having a blast together.
Groomsman
Ryan and I first met at Millersville through mutual friends and intramural soccer. We hit it off as friends right away and have never stopped. Whether it was meals at school or going out on weekends, we’d always be laughing and cracking jokes. Despite living a few hours away, we always do our best to find a few times a year to meet up and continue the fun! It’s also very common to find us playing video games with Austin a few times a week.
