Flight

PRESIDENTE CASTRO PINTO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

This is the closest airport to fly to. Once you’re there you’ll only need to take a Uber ride to the hotel/airbnb of your preference. The airport is located outside Joao Pessoa, but it shouldn’t take more than 30/35 minutes to get to your place. You could also take a bus, however because of language barriers we don’t recommend it.

AEROPORTO INTERNACIONAL DO RECIFE/GUARARAPES - GILBERTO FREYRE

A flight from the US to this airport would probably be faster and easier than flying to Castro Pinto International Airport. However this airport is located in another state, which is not that far away from Joao Pessoa, so you’ll need to take a little longer Uber ride to get to Joao Pessoa (probably around 1 hour, depending on traffic). Bus is also available to take you to Joao Pessoa, but we don’t recommend it, once they probably don’t speak English.

We managed to block a couple rooms in this hotel as it is on a great location, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and tourist areas. In case you want to rent your own AIRBNB or hotel, here are some neighborhoods that we recommend you to stay: Cabo Branco, Tambaú and Manaira. Theses are the best locations for tourists, near to the beaches, restaurants and tourist area.

Shuttle

Shuttle to the main hotel to the ceremony

There will be a shuttle going from the Hotel Village Premium Joao Pessoa to the ceremony/reception venue. Even if you’re not staying at the hotel, feel free to show up and catch the shuttle. The shuttle will be back from the venue to the hotel when the reception is over.
