This is a strange time that we're living in. Many areas are beginning to open up, but we don't have enough information at this time to know if it will be safe to have a larger crowd or to ask loved ones to travel in September, and weddings take a lot of advanced planning. Trying to do that planning during a pandemic has added a lot more stress and anxiety than usual wedding planning. Our first goal is to be married, and our second is to celebrate with all of you with the reception of our dreams - those things just can't happen on the same day.
We will have two options available! You can choose to view via Facebook Live, which will begin streaming a few minutes before the ceremony begins, or you can choose to use the Zoom Meetings app, which will also begin streaming a few minutes before the ceremony.
If you choose Facebook Live, you will need to have a Facebook account set up before June 5th. One of us will invite you to a private Facebook event which will have more specific details. The video will stream live in the event page beginning a few minutes before 5PM PST. You can watch from the comfort of your home and leave comments that we will enjoy reading later!
You will need to download the Zoom app and create an account by June 5th. We will send you a meeting link or ID which will allow you access to the live stream, which will begin a few minutes before 5PM PST.
We totally understand that this is somewhat short notice and life happens! A video of the ceremony will be made available for those who miss the live version!
Please let us know your viewing plans by June 5th so we can make sure you are invited to the correct platform! You can RSVP right here on this website, or by calling or texting Amanda at 971-329-1429.
We cannot guarantee that we will be available to send you an invite to the correct platform if you RSVP after June 5th, since June 6th will be spent getting everything ready for the ceremony that evening.
YES! We absolutely want to celebrate with all of you when it's safe to do so! We will have a reception, most likely at our original venue, when we're able to do so safely. We will share the details when we know more!
