Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about 2.5 hours away from the hotel in Jacksonville Beach. While farther away and requiring a car rental, you may find cheaper fares and/or direct flights in and out of Orlando.

The SpringHill Suites will be the main hotel for our wedding weekend. It is located in a very walkable area next to the beach, our Welcome Party at The Wreck Tiki Lounge, and dozens of bars and restaurants. We've arranged a group rate for rooms (see below). We're under no obligation to fill them, so feel free to book here or at nearby accommodation as best suits your needs. Please use the reservation link (or group rate) to receive 20% off your room. Discounted Refundable Rates: Inland View Suites: $279/night (reg. $347) Partial View Suites: $319/night (reg. $395) Oceanfront Suites: $379/night (reg. $483) Rate details: these rates exclude taxes. Guests may cancel up to 48 hours prior to arrival without any fees. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the arrival date, a fee equivalent to the first night’s room and tax will apply. This rate is valid for March 5-10, 2026 (you do not need to stay all nights within the range to receive the discounted rate). Please book before the discount cutoff date of February 3rd. Parking: "Onsite parking is valet only, with vehicles parked in our secure parking garage. Parking is $28 per night for standard vehicles, or $38 per night for oversized. Aside from our main hotel, the SpringHill Suites, we recommend the Margaritaville Beach Hotel just up the block for its beach views and excellent location. Various other hotels are located in Jacksonville Beach within a 10-15 minute walk of the welcome party. There are also plenty of Airbnbs in Jacksonville Beach.

Our hotel in Jacksonville Beach is in a very walkable area, so you can likely get by without a rental car unless you plan to venture beyond the hotel/welcome party area and the wedding venue. We figure you will need only four Uber trips: 1) From the airport to the hotel in Jacksonville Beach 2) From the hotel to the wedding 3) From the wedding to the hotel 4) From the hotel back to the airport Otherwise, major car rental companies are located on-site at JAX airport.
