Walk Tubbs Hill
2-mile walking trail with gorgeous views of Lake Coeur d'Alene. During the summertime, it is a popular spot for locals to hang out and jump off the rocks into the lake, however, one must proceed with caution.

Along with the Bier Haus, this is one our go-to's for a drink. Shilpa's favorite is the Blood Orange IPA (thank you Charlie Chadderdon for the recommendation) and James loves the Irish Red.
Get a burger at Hudsons
Hudsons is the oldest (150 years) burger joint in Idaho, started in 1907. They started off as a tent and served hamburgers to the miners and loggers of the area! The place is still owned by the Hudson family to this day and is a great spot for handmade burgers (and its good for your pocket too)!
Visit the shops on Sherman Ave
Sherman Ave is where it all happens in Coeur d'Alene. There are bars, restaurants, boutique shops (including Hudsons and Bier Haus). Worth a stroll - you never know what mike catch your eye or pique your interest
Book a cruise on Lake Coeur D' Alene
This is one of the classic Coeur d'Alene experiences! In the winter, cruises go across the lake to see Santa's workshop and in the summer, it makes for a great sunset cruise.
Grab a bite at Dockside in Coeur d'Alene Resort
Dockside has great views of the lake and a pretty good food. James worked there for a couple of summers as a server, and it is worth a visit. Beware of the Gooey's desserts - they are ginormous!

Silverwood Theme Park
Silverwood is the largest theme park in the PNW with roller coasters, kid-friendly activities, and a full water park with slides and lazy river to boot! It is about 40 mins drive from Coeur d'Alene.
