A shuttle will be available to transport guests to and from the wedding! The shuttle will depart from the hotel at 3:30 pm to bring guests to the ceremony. The shuttle will depart from the wedding reception at 10:30 pm to return guests to the hotel. You do not need to stay at the hotel to take advantage of the shuttle back to Short Pump! It will be easy to catch an Uber elsewhere from this central location.

We will have a shuttle transport guests to and from the venue from this hotel. Even if you are not staying at the hotel, you are welcome to take the shuttle to make ubering/safe transportation easier! Making an Online Reservation To make your reservation online you will need the code G-SHTH. Go to: http://richmondwest.house.hyatt.com/en/hotel/home.html. On the right side of the homepage look for the spot to enter your stay dates. First select the dates, then below the date entry lines there will be a box called “Special Rates”. Click on the drop-down arrow with more options to choose. Select “Corporate or Group Code”. This is where you put the code G-SHTH and then press the check availability box it will bring up the information.
