My name is Amber Blake. I’m Originally from Norfolk, VA. Like KoKo, I grew up in a military household and Memphis, TN has become home. I met KoKo in 2007 when I was a senior in high at the end of my driveway and she has been stuck ever since! I’m the sister she never wanted but needed lol. She is truly my best friend and there is a bond that could never be broken. We have shared many of life’s ups and downs together. Its truly been what we both needed. She is the ying to my yang and I will always go to bat for this one! While she is the “nice” friend… I always seem to read people for exactly what they are! Thus always protecting her from anything that doesnt mean well by her. Shianne is so deserving of this love and all that God is blessing her with. I’ve been so honored to be able to witness her growth as a women and beyond ecstatic to be beside her on this journey to the altar. But even more grateful to be apart of her journey after the alter as we continue on our journey of life. Shianne they say youre lucky if you die with one true friend… and for me you are that friend! I love you!

My name is Bethany Jenee’ Paschall. I am 34 years old. I was born and raised in Nashville, TN and still reside there. One fun fact about me is that I absolutely love music and make time to listen to it every single day. I have been friends with our lovely bride since 2018. Although we have created many memories during our time together, my favorite of these is our initial meeting. It felt like we had known each other for years and had so much fun in the most simplest setting. I’m elated to serve as one of the Maids of Honor who will stand by her side on such a life changing day.

I am leverise evans. Levert is my brother, best friend, father figure, sounding board, and my favorite person in the world. I’ve known koko for maybe a year or so now, it hard to keep track because It feels like I’ve known her all my life, truly a blessing too. I am a mother to three beautiful kids. I am currently a LVN working towards her RN. I am beyond excited for this couple. Beautiful souls deserve to be together and these two are just that.

Hi, my name is Latoshia Williams. I currently live in Dallas, TX and met Koko in 2019 while I was living in Nashville, TN. Both of our parents attend the same church outside of Memphis, TN. One day they were talking and discovered both of their daughters recently re-located from Memphis to Nashville. They exchanged our information so that we can get in touch we each other. Koko reached out and invited me to brunch with her and her friends and the rest was history. Anyone who knows Koko, knows that she loves to entertain. I lived across the street from her in Nashville. One Tuesday, she invited me over for dinner, Taco Tuesday. Never in my wildest dream did I imagine when I walked over to her house that she would have a catering-like spread setup for dinner, for 3 people. She even had decorations! And this continues to be the Koko that I know and love, going above and beyond for those she loves.

My name is Shamrika, I’m from Wilmington NC. I am nail artist. Shainne and I are sister/ cousins. Every year we spent our summers together bonding, shopping and taking trips. I met Levert and instantly knew he was the one for her, he fits right into the family! I am so happy that Shianne and Levert are going to make this union official and I'm very excited for their big day.

I enjoy having sun and spending time with family I have known Koko for about 9 months now and if feels like I have known her for years. My favorite memory with her is bringing in 2023 with her and groom we had a great time.

I’m so glad that God allowed me to cross paths with Levert in Dallas back in 2015. Then favor showed up in Nashville and I met Koko in 2020. 2022 they met at my 40th birthday party and I haven’t seen them apart since then!! Love works when we live in favor and faith! I’m so happy to be a part of this union that is centered around God! Congrats to the Ricks!

Levert and I met in college when we both worked for a student apartment complex. During our initial meeting and very first day of working together he asked if he could pray for me. Levert proceeded to telling me about myself and broke down my entire life up to that point in 10 minutes. I had made up in my mind that I would avoid him at all cost and just remain cordial towards him during work. 15 years later he is still putting me in my place and covering me as a brother in Christ and extremely blessed for that. From the time I preached my first sermon to how he has been there for me in times of great victories as well as some tough defeats. I have 3 bio brothers whom I love dearly but he knows more about me than the 3 of them combined. It’s truly been a privilege to see him strive as a man. He really is my brother for life.

Sooo where do I begin…over 15 years of friendship. We could write a book, best seller for sure and move to Paris. I don’t think levert would approve of that though. I’m going to keep it short as instructed. I am so proud + excited for you and this monumental journey you and levert are about to embark on. Levert and I are first cousins. We’ve been close our entire lives. He’s always been someone I could lean on for wisdom, understanding, and any other issues of life. We have both committed to keep God first in our lives, and that’s been displayed through the evidence of our lives. I’ve been a Coach/Educator for the last 7 years. I have two beautiful children: Eli and Abigail Bobo.
