RESERVATION MODIFICATIONS
The best way to make any modifications to your reservation before the promocode deadline (December 1st, 2026) is by calling the Call Center. Confirm over the phone the promocode SBWAPR27FPM is still applied to your reservation. At the moment, any modifications made online through the Manage Reservations tab on the resort website is automatically removing the promocode and discount rates at the time you confirm the modification. This means: (1) The system changes your reservation to a non-refundable reservation and it will charge you in full at the time of confirming the modification (2) You will not be considered part of the wedding group or wedding events if your reservation changes to a non-refundable reservation Please call the Call Center to make any modifications. Flight
Cancun Internation Aiport
When booking your flights, you should plan to fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN). The resort is approximately 30 minutes north of the airport. Search for the best flight deals on sites like Google Flights, Hopper, SkyScanner, etc but book your flight on the actual airline's website. It is recommended to start tracking flights around the 9 month mark and book flights no later than the 3-4 month mark. Please book the flight that works best with your schedule. We highly encourage guests to arrive no later than April 2, 2027 to join in on all the wedding events. The wedding ceremony is on April 3, 2027. If you arrive before check-in time, you can use all the amenities which include pools, restaurants, activities etc. Pack a small bag with swimwear and other necessities to utilize at the resort while you wait for your room to be ready. The lobby will hold your luggage for you and keep it safe until your room is ready.

Transportation
Private transportation to and from the airport is complimentary when you book a minimum of 3 nights with our promocode. The transportation company, Seasons Tours, is the resort’s in-house transportation company. Seasons will provide 1 complimentary transfer per room reservation. Keep this in mind if you are rooming with someone that will fly in on a different flight. Try to book flights that arrive and depart around the same time otherwise one of you will have to purchase a separate transfer. Because there can be flight changes, it is recommended to schedule your transfer no earlier than 1 month from your arrival but it is required no later than 1 week before your arrival. PASSPORT
You will need a valid passport to travel to Cancun, Mexico. The resort will also ask for your passport when you check in for your stay. Please note that your passport needs to be valid for at least six months after your travel dates. This means your passport cannot have an expiration date prior to October 10, 2027. If your passport does expire within six months post-travel, you must renew your passport. Please click HERE for more information on applying for or renewing your US Passport. If you have a US passport, you do NOT need a Visa to travel to Cancun.
