Hi All! The Mosaic Hotel has re-opened from its COVID-19 closure! We have booked a block of rooms from Friday, September 10, 2021 - Monday, September 13, 2021. The room price has been reduced to $175/night, plus tax and a $42/night valet parking fee, if this is a service you desire. Please call the hotel to book a room. The manager, Joshua Cottrell, is our point of contact. Should you have any questions, ask for him when you call the hotel front desk. For those of you in Danielle’s bridal party, we will be getting ready for the wedding the morning of September 12, 2021 in the Executive Suite of this hotel. If you are one of Andrew’s groomsmen, you will also get ready at the hotel. The Mosaic is a 15-minute drive to The Ebell. We are so excited that you will be joining us for the weekend! Travel Note
The Ebell is requiring verification that each guest is either fully vaccinated for COVID, or has received a negative PCR-COVID test result, taken within 72 hours of the wedding (September 9th, 2021 - September 12, 2021). Please bring proof of full vaccination, or negative PCR test result, to the wedding on September 12, 2021. Proof may be in the form of a picture on your phone, a paper printout, or your original vaccination card. The Ebell will verify the information before granting entrance into the wedding. Please bring your photo ID, which will be used to verify your COVID information. Also, be prepared to be temperature checked and asked COVID screening questions. At present, everyone ages 2 and up who is not vaccinated needs to have proof of a negative PCR COVID Test taken within 72-hours of September 12th. On wedding day, guests MUST bring a mask to be allowed entrance into the event. However, there will be no requirement to wear a mask while eating or drinking.
