Denmark during WW2, the museum is built around stories of 5 individuals, their lives, and choices during the German occupation. Kastellet which is open to the public is just behind the museum and The Little Mermaid is 10 min walk from here as well. A must see! Danish State Railways ( DSB ) South Costal Route takes about 35 Min and departs from Østerport Station. Get off at Humlebæk Station and the Museum is a 10 min walk from there. Inscribed in UNESCO's World Heritage List, Kronborg Castle is located in Helsingør. Shakespeare used Kronborg when he wrote his immortal play about the king's son Hamlet, which is why it is known as Hamlet's Castle to the rest of the world. It is on the same train route as Louisiana Museum and will take you there in 45 min. The guided tour is fantastic!
