What time should I arrive?

Answer

If you are driving, arriving by 2:45pm is enough time. The Ceremony begins at 3pm, please be seated by 2:50pm. We have arranged transport for majority of guests to get you there on time, please see the Travel page for details.

Are kids allowed to attend?

Answer

We love your little ones, but to allow all guests to relax and enjoy the celebration, our wedding will be an adults-only event for guests aged 16 and over. Thank you for understanding and being part of our special day.

Is there a gift registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all, and we are so grateful to celebrate this special day with you. We do not have a gift registry, but for those who have expressed an interest, we will have a wishing well available on the day. Please know that your love and support mean the most to us, and gifts are not expected.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress your absolute best while staying comfortable. The venue is mostly outdoors with a marquee for shelter and plenty of shade. We recommend being prepared for the weather on the day—whether it’s sunshine, wind, rain, or a bit of everything!

Is it a BYO venue?

Answer

Yes, beer, wine and cocktails will be provided along with non-alcoholic drinks, but you are welcome to bring your beverages of choice.

Is it easy to get to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes, the venue is easy to find using Google Maps and Ubers are easily available. The entrance is through farmlands and includes a shallow ford to cross by the Bell Rd boat ramp (Kaituna River). Don’t worry—it’s nothing to be concerned about! If the ford is too high on the day, we’ll have an alternate route open for all guests. We’ll keep you updated if this happens! But hopefully you are using our arranged bus transport or an Uber for ease & please take a look at our 'Travel' and 'Wedding Venue' pages for more details.

Yes, there is plenty of parking available at the entrance of the venue.

What time does the wedding celebration end?

We are aiming to wrap up at midnight with the last bus pick up at this time.
