7:30 PM: Desserts Served
8:00 PM: Live Band Begins
10:00 PM: Band Ends & Party Continues
10:30 PM: First Bus Pick-Up
12:00 AM: Final Bus Pick-Up

The venue is mainly an outdoor space with a beautiful marquee, please ensure you are dressed and prepared for the weather on the day. There is also plenty of shade for a sunny day!
