Friday, October 3, 2025
Welcome BBQ
6:00 pm
Welcome to our wedding weekend! Check-in at Freestone Inn begins at 4 PM. At 6 PM, we will be hosting a grill out and drinks at the Freestone Inn at the outdoor patio. At 7:30 PM, we will be hosting champagne toasts. Suggested attire is casual.

Ceremony and Reception
4:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Feel free to spend the day exploring Mazama and the Methow Valley. Self-serve breakfast and lunch will provided at the venue. The wedding ceremony will begin at 4 PM. We recommend being on-site at the Freestone Inn by 3:30 PM. Suggested attire for the ceremony is cocktail.
