BOOKING A ROOM: You can still join the group using the current day-to-day rates! Occasionally, Hard Rock may still honor the group rate depending on their room availability. I’ll be happy to negotiate this on your behalf and will keep you updated on their response. Typical response time is 24-48 hours from the time request is received.
Booking within the group ensures that Ashley and Ryan know you’re attending, gives you priority for rooms located near the rest of the group, and includes the same $200 per room, per night resort credit that the group received.
