Are we booking through the Hard Rock website?

Answer

No, the pricing that you see there will not reflect the discounted wedding rate we are being given through Rachel, our travel agent. We have set aside a room block for our guests and there is a 3 night minimum stay.

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

This is a family friendly resort and we encourage your family to make this a vacation. However, at our wedding, the only kids attending are those in our wedding party. There is on-site babysitting services that can be reserved for the evening.

When should we go?

Answer

Our room block starts Thursday, March 5th. Ryan and I will be arriving that day and we plan to have a welcome party Friday, March 6th. We recommend all wedding guests to arrive by Friday at the latest so that you are there a day prior to the wedding to enjoy a fun evening with us.

How many adults per room are allowed?

Answer

A maximum of 3 adults are allowed per room.

Dinner attire

Answer

All of the dine-in restaurants at night require you to change out of your bathing suit, coverups, and beach sandals and into dinner appropriate clothing.

Wedding Attire

Answer

Semi-Formal/Cocktail Beach Wedding: Dresses or skirts for women and linen pants or khakis with a button-down shirt for men are suitable options for beach wedding attire.
