All guests attending the wedding will fly into the Cancun International Airport (CUN). Please book your own flights at the dates and times that work best for you. We suggest arriving prior to 4pm on Friday, November 22nd.

Resort Reservations

Resort bookings should ONLY be made through our coordinator and travel agent, Taylor with Vibe Thrive Travel. She has reserved rooms for our guests at a special group rate! The below link will direct you to request your rooms that Taylor will help book. We did extensive price matching to ensure our guests are getting the best price. If you happen to find a better price, Taylor will attempt to match it (please let me know if this happens)! If you would like to book your room another way, please let us know first as you will incur additional fees! Pricing includes your stay, unlimited food and beverages (including alcohol), and transportation to and from the Cancun airport. To confirm your room and travel needs: 1. Please click the "View" button below to take you to the Vibe Thrive Travel website. 2. Review, select and submit your request for your room accommodations OR 3. Contact Taylor at info@vibethrivetravel.com for assistance through the booking process. NOTE* If you do not see a room category that you want, please email Taylor directly. **If you are traveling alone, but do not want to stay in a room alone, please reach out. The resort is all-inclusive and family friendly! Pricing includes unlimited food and drinks along with many more amenities listed on the resort website.

Travel Note

Airport Shuttle

The drive between the airport and the resort is about 30 minutes long. The cost of your transfer to and from the airport is already included in your room price when booking through Taylor. Taylor will ask you for your flight info, so she can arrange your airport transfer to and from the resort for you. This will be a shared transfer, meaning there may be others in the van with you, but will be a direct drive to the resort with no stops.

Should I purchases travel insurance? If we have learned anything from COVID-19, it’s that travel insurance is a necessity and we both HIGHLY recommend it. The travel insurance offered through Vibe Thrive Travel allows you the ability to cancel or reschedule your travel plans for any reason! Payment Plans

We are looking forward to an amazing weekend with everyone, and understand there is a significant financial cost to travel. The good news is that payments can be flexible! There is a $100 down payment to reserve the room (plus the cost of insurance calculated based on the number of people). Payments on final cost can be made over time, but must be made in full by 06/30/2024.
