What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. Please arrive no later than 4:45pm to mingle and find a seat before we say I Do.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones but in order to allow all guests, including parents, an evening of relaxation we have chosen for our wedding to be an adult-only occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day and will enjoy the evening with us!

Is there a shuttle to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The spaces to park at the venue are very limited, please let us know if you will require a spot so we can reserve one for you. If possible meeting at one of the two Hartford hotels or the hotel in Oconomowac and get on the bus please!

What is the dress code?

Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose. The ceremony is in the grass, please wear comfortable shoes so you don’t sink in!

Can I bring guests/ +1’s not noted on my invitation?

Answer

We addressed the invitations to the people we would love to come. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

What is The Guest App?

Answer

As you all know Michele loves capturing every memory from every angle and looking back on them as soon as possible. The Guest App allows all the pictures/videos our wedding guests have captured to be collected in one place for everyone invited to the wedding to see. Our guests simply need to download The Guest app and once provided with our wedding code enter it to be ready for the big day. Our special code is set up for auto sharing only from 4pm the 17th until 10am on the 18th, it will not share any previous photos or photos taken after the times mentioned. If this makes you uncomfortable you can turn off auto sharing and manually upload the photos you choose when you’re ready!
