Questions

Please contact the bride or groom if your concerns are not addressed.
Question

Are phones allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

Please refrain from using any cellphones and electronics during the ceremony, and make sure they are powered off. We want all of our guests to be undistracted, and present. Plus we have an AMAZING photographer and videographer capturing our wedding day. We promise to share their work once we've received them! Phones are welcome once the ceremony has ended. Use our hashtag: #LewisAtLast for social media posts!

Question

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes! There will be a designated parking area when you arrive. There will also be a golf cart available for those needing additional help getting to the ceremony site. Please note that vehicles are NOT allowed to be parked overnight at the venue. We love a good party, but please be responsible and don't drink and drive!

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

We ask that only adults attend, unless specifically designated on your invitation/RSVP. We love your little ones -we really do- but we want this to be your night off! Let your hair down, loosen that tie, and have fun!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Semi-Formal / Cocktail Attire We will be having an outside ceremony followed by a reception indoors.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation/RSVP says ' and Guest,' then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you. We did our best to take into account significant others and permitted as many guests as we could. Please contact us if you have questions/concerns.

Question

Do I need to mail back my RSVP?

Answer

No need to mail us your RSVP, you will be able to do this electronically on our website!

Question

Are there any precautions being taken because of COVID-19?

Answer

At this time, we do not plan on taking any extra precautions aside from providing a hand sanitizing station upon arrival, and welcoming face masks for those that wish to wear one. If you are feeling unwell, are experiencing any symptoms related to Covid-19, and/or have had close contact with someone that has symptoms or recently tested positive for Covid-19, we ask that you please stay home. We will miss you, but want to ensure that everyone stays safe! We will be keeping a close watch on state restrictions and guidelines, and will make adjustments when needed. You can refer back to this page, or contact us, to check up on updates regarding COVID-19 and our wedding.
