What do we do if it rains?

Answer

If there is rain we will hold the ceremony in The Hill Ballroom where the reception will be held as well.

How do I get to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle provided by The Carolina Inn that will transport guests from The AC Hotel to The Carolina Inn approximately 30 minutes prior to the ceremony. However, if it is a nice day, the ceremony is approximately 3 blocks from The AC Hotel and walkable depending on your shoes. If you prefer to drive yourself, there will be free valet parking available at The Carolina Inn. Uber and Lyft will be available as well.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

15 minutes prior to the ceremony will be more than enough time. If you are driving, valet is free, but you may want to allow 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We have everything we could ever need or want but if you would like to give something, we are planning a honeymoon in Lake Como and Milan in August and you may contribute to our Honeyfund (see registry).

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a room block at The AC Hotel in Downtown Chapel Hill, which is within walking distance to the festivities. The Carolina Inn is where the ceremony and reception will take place and The Graduate Hotel is also walkable. Otherwise, there are several other properties within a close driving distance.
