Shelley had just moved to Bend, OR a month earlier, Logan had been in the area for around a year and a half. Both had adopted puppies within the recent months and were snowed in at the end of February. Shelley felt a little stir crazy and, after swearing she wouldn't, downloaded the Bumble app to see if there was anyone worth talking to.
