How do I get there?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will be held at Whonnock Lake Centre in Whonnock Lake Park in Maple Ridge. There are three free public parking lots in the park, however summer days can be busy and spaces are likely to fill quickly. We kindly encourage guests to arrive early and consider carpooling or using a rideshare service if possible.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
We recommend arriving at the park at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to park, walk to the ceremony location, and find a seat.

Can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
We’d love to celebrate with everyone, but our guest list is limited. Please join us with the guests listed on your invitation only.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love your little ones, we have decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration, with the exception of children in our immediate families. Thank you so much for understanding.

What should I wear?
Answer
Our dress code is semi-formal. We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! If you're unsure what to wear, we suggest a dress shirt and dress pants for the gentlemen (jacket and tie welcomed but not required), and dresses, jumpsuits, or pantsuits for the ladies. Please no denim, shorts, or flip-flops. We also kindly ask that guests reserve white and dusty blue for the bride and bridal party and navy blue for the groom. The ceremony will be outdoors (weather-permitting) and reception will be indoors.

Can I take photos and videos?
Answer
For our ceremony, we kindly request that you enjoy this special moment presently with us and leave all cell phones and cameras in your purse or pocket. We have wonderful photographers that will capture every detail of the wedding and we would love to share those with you afterwards! You are more that welcome to take all the photos and videos you'd like after the ceremony.

Answer
While gifts are absolutely not expected, what matters most to us in this next exciting chapter of our lives is building lasting memories together that we can cherish forever. If you wish, a contribution toward our honeymoon in Japan or future date nights would be deeply appreciated. When should I RSVP?
Answer
You're more than welcome to RSVP as soon as you can, but we kindly ask that you respond by our deadline on June 10th, 2026. Please refer to our RSVP page to respond. Simply type in your name or a name of someone in your party and follow the steps as instructed.
