When should I book a room?

Please book your rooms as soon as possible. These rooms will be held exclusively for our wedding until 60 days prior to our event. See the travel page on how to make your reservation.

Please RSVP by April 10th at the absolute latest. Early RSVPs are always appreciated and encouraged!

We’re keeping our celebration intimate, so when you RSVP on our website, you’ll see the names of everyone invited in your party.

What's the Uber situation in Portola?

In true mountain town fashion, Ubers and Lyfts are non-existent so we highly encourage folks to rent a car or carpool!

I have a food allergy, how should I let you know?
