ARE MASKS MANDATORY?

Answer

As of right now, masks are optional. We are requesting that masks are worn in the buffet line and around our older guests. If you have questions please ask the bride.

CAN I TAKE MY OWN PHOTOS & VIDEOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

To respect the work of our photographer, we have made the decision to hold an UNPLUGGED ceremony. That being said, we kindly ask that all phones be on silent and tucked away during the ceremony. Don't worry there will be plenty of photo opportunities after the ceremony, and at the reception.

WHERE IS THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION TAKING PLACE?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Tawas Bay Beach Resort, MI. Right on the beach of Lake Huron (Please click on the schedule tab for additional details)

WHAT TIME SHOULD WE BE THERE?

Answer

The ceremony is scheduled to start at 4pm. Please try to be at the venue and seated no later than 3:45pm.

WHEN ARE THE RSVPs DUE?

Answer

Please have all RSVPs submitted by May 10, 2022.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

We hope our wedding will be a fun excuse to wear your favorite cocktail/semi-formal attire fit for the beach! Don’t forget those flip-flops (or go barefoot like the bride)

ANY OTHER SPECIAL ATTIRE NOTES WE SHOULD KNOW?

Answer

Please note that the ceremony will be held outdoors, and the reception will be held indoors. Depending on inclement weather will depend on if we hold the ceremony indoors.

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN?

Answer

You may, however, this could be an excuse for a date night/weekend for you!

CAN I BRING A DATE/ANY ADDITIONAL FAMILY MEMBERS?

Answer

In order to keep our guest list on track, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you feel your invitation is unclear, please reach out with any questions.

WILL THERE BE FOOD AND DRINKS SERVED?

Answer

We are providing a buffett and an open bar, in addition to several non-alcoholic drink options.

What time can I check into the hotel?

Answer

The hotel check in is at 4pm. If you arrive early, check out the Bikini’s bar while you wait for a quick cocktail before the ceremony.
