Question

Where is the hotel block?

Answer

We have two hotel blocks and the information can be found in the travel section.

Question

Is the venue accessible?

Answer

The venue is upstairs, and there is an elevator right by the second set of stairs on the right. There is ample parking and if needed, it can be picked up the next day.

Question

Will there be transportation?

Answer

We will have a shuttle to and from the wedding venue from the hotel blocks (Hampton Inn and Suites and Holiday Inn Express and Suites). The shuttle will start at Holiday Inn and be leaving by 3:40 pm. It will then head to Hampton Inn and be leaving by 3:50 pm at the latest before the ceremony. The shuttle can start taking people back to the hotels around 8:30 pm. The last shuttle will leave at 11:00 pm from the venue. The venue has plenty of parking and you can leave your car overnight if needed. For the welcome party, we would prefer that you uber/lyft if you are going to be drinking. Hourglass Brewing also has plenty of parking.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

It's important that all of our guests, including parents, have a relaxing, pleasant, and celebratory evening, we respectfully request that no children attend our wedding. Your understanding and support on this subject are greatly appreciated, as we strive to make everyone's experience unique and pleasurable. Kids can join the night before to the welcome party only.

Can I bring a date?

At this time, we ask that individuals who have been invited per the invitation to come and celebrate with us.

What if we want to get you/bring a gift?

Answer

Please visit our registry tab to see what we have. We would prefer that you ship it to us. When you go to buy something it will include our address for you. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you need our address though. If you really want to bring one during the weekend, we would prefer that you bring it to the welcome party. We will have a card box at the wedding too.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Most of the food for the wedding will be gluten-free, but if there are other restrictions please designate so within the RSVP tab.

Question

What other events are in town this weekend?

Answer

Please be very mindful when booking flights/hotel, that there is a music festival, EDC, occurring this weekend in the Downtown Orlando area. This could cause delays on Interstate 4 while driving, or the surge of costs for last minute lodging/transportation.
