Mount Rainier National Park
Visit where we got engaged! We recommend that Paradise and Skyline loop trails for a trail with great views and easy terrain.
Eatonville
Heading up to Mount Rainier? Make sure to stop in Eatonville, WA. This is the small town that Shelby's Paternal family grew up! We recommend stopping by Bruno's Cafe for the breakfast or dinner (we've hit this stop many times after motorcycle rides and hikes in the area).
Snoqualmie Falls
One of our favorite places for a relaxing waterfall view (no hiking required) and you can take a dip in the water if it's warm.
Pike Place Market
Never been to Seattle before? Pike Place Market is a must. Plan to go in the morning to beat the crowd, and make sure to stop by "Rainbow Fresh" for some amazing bao!
Pier 58 - Seattle Waterfront Park
Visit the new Seattle pier area where we took photos after our engagement. The Puget Sound views are unbeatable. If you're looking for other things to do in the area, check out the Seattle Aquarium right next door.
Alki Beach
Looking for more things to do in Seattle? Consider visiting Alki Beach - where we celebrated our 1st anniversary! You can take a dip in the water or take a long stroll along the waterfront with a great view of the Seattle skyline.
University of Washington
Visit the historic grounds of the University of Washington. This is where Shelby went to college. Shelby recommends visiting the Suzzalo Library (commonly referred to as the 'Harry Potter' library).
