We will be staying in the area the week after the wedding. We are looking forward to spending time with friends and family during this time before heading off to our honeymoon. Please reach out to Shelby and Peter if you would like to plan something for after the wedding festivities.
We will not be doing a traditional wedding registry. Since we will need to fly back to China shortly after the wedding, we cannot take too many gifts home with us. Instead, we would be grateful for cards with meaningful messages or donations to our Honeymoon fund. Please the registry tab for more details.
Please plan to arrive 30-minutes before the Ceremony start time to ensure you have plenty of time to park, mingle, and take your seat. We will begin the ceremony promptly at 5:30pm.
Yes, there will be plenty of parking at the cremeony/reception location.
If you have been designated a plus-one, we have listed them on your invitation. Since we are having a small, intimate wedding, we would like to keep the attendees to people the Bride and Groom know well.
We love your little ones but please consider leaving them with grandma for this special event and making it a date night! If your little one is not designated on your invitation, we respectfully request they stay at home.
Our wedding will be outdoors, so please wear semi-formal or cocktail attire that’s comfortable for grass and weather. We love a neutral palette with navy, green, and earth tones—feel free to coordinate! Cowboy boots and hats are welcome, but please no t-shirts or casual pants. Dresses, suits, button-up shirts, slacks, and dress shoes (or boots!) are perfect. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!
We are requesting to have an unplugged ceremony. We have hired a very talented photographer to capture this special moment for us and so that you can be in the moment with us (instead of watching behind a phone screen). We will remind guests of this prior to the start of the ceremony. Please feel free to take photos/videos before and after the ceremony.
Yes! There will be a full-meal, drinks (acoholic and non-acoholic), and desserts at the reception.
