The Wedding Shuttle

October 23, 2026 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm

We’ll be arranging transportation for all guests on the evening of the wedding. A bus will run between Union Square — where both The Cartwright and Beacon Grand hotels are located (and where we have our room blocks/discount)— and the venue in Berkeley. The bus will leave from Union Square at 3pm, so that our guests can have time to explore & enjoy the gardens before the ceremony begins at 5pm. The bus will drop guests back to Union Square after the wedding (11 pm). If you’re staying elsewhere, Union Square is a convenient, central location to make your way to and hop on the shuttle.

Flight

San Francisco International Airport

There are two main airports to fly into: SFO (San Francisco International Airport) and OAK (Oakland San Francisco Bay Airport). If staying in San Francisco, we generally recommend SFO. If staying in Oakland or Berkeley, OAK may be more convenient.

Travel Note

Getting around while you're here

We'd highly recommend utilizing public transit (called MUNI & BART, which both take major credit cards upon boarding) while you're visiting. You shouldn't need a rental car, unless you'd like to travel outside of the city for excursions while you're here!
