Bus to and from the wedding

We will have a bus pick guests up from Union Square (where the hotels are located) at 3 pm that will take everyone to the wedding venue. The bus will drop everyone back to Union Square after the wedding (around 11pm).

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. We don't recommend too high or narrow of heels due to areas of soft and uneven ground at the venue (wedges or sandals would be fine).
We’ll be arranging transportation for all guests (both local and out of town) on the evening of the wedding. A bus will run between Union Square — where both The Cartwright and Beacon Grand hotels are located (and where we have our room blocks/discount)— and the venue in Berkeley. The bus will leave from Union Square at 3pm, so that our guests can have time to explore & enjoy the gardens before the ceremony begins at 5pm. If you’re staying or live elsewhere, Union Square is a convenient, central location to make your way to and hop on the shuttle.
