When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by June 1st, 2026 so we can finalize seating and catering. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes before the ceremony begins to find your seat and settle in. The ceremony will start promptly at 2:00pm, so please plan accordingly.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be a formal event, so we kindly ask all guests to dress in formal attire. For ladies, this means cocktail dresses or evening gowns, and for gentlemen, suits or tuxedos. We can’t wait to see everyone dressed up and celebrating with us in style! Think about it as a formal garden party!

What are the wedding colors?

Bridesmaids are going to be wearing shades of pinks, oranges and yellows. Groomsmen will be in a sage green suit.

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be adults-only. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Yes — we recommend looking into SpringHill Suites by Marriott Fort Wayne Southwest and the Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Fort Wayne Southwest. These hotels offer spacious rooms, free breakfast, free parking, and WiFi. Please see the "Travel" page for more details and to access the hotel blocks.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Free parking is available at both locations. For the ceremony there is ample guest parking on-site. For the reception at The Clubhouse in Huntington, guest parking is also free—arrive a few minutes early to find a spot and get settled.
