Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will be located at The Sixpence, 4400 N County Road 1000 E, Whitestown, IN 46075.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will both be taking place indoors - The Sixpence is fully insulated, so no need to bundle up!

Question

Where can I park? Is free parking provided? Can I leave my car overnight?

Answer

Free parking is provided at The Sixpence. You are able to leave your car overnight at The Sixpence, but it must be picked up by 8AM the following day.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is black-tie optional; suits, cocktail dresses, tuxes and gowns welcome! The more glitz and glam the better - it is New Year’s Eve after all! Is there a hotel block? How do I reserve a room?

Hotel rooms are blocked at the Renaissance Indianapolis North Hotel located at 11925 N Meridian St, Carmel, IN 46032, approximately 25 minutes from The Sixpence. How many nights am I able to book a hotel room within the wedding block?

Answer

You are able to book within the wedding block from December 29th - January 2nd.

Question

When do I have to book my hotel room by? What if I have to cancel my stay?

Answer

To book within the wedding block at the group rate, you must book by December 9, 2021. All hotel reservations may be cancelled with a full refund up to 48 hours before check-in.

What time can I check-in to the hotel?

Answer

The hotel has confirmed an early check-in time of 2PM.

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

There will be transportation provided from the reception back to the hotel. You are responsible for finding your own transportation to the venue. Transportation will depart from the venue back to the hotel at 12:30 AM.

We love your kids - we really do. But, we want our wedding to be your night off!
