WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Welcome Party — Tropical Cocktail Colorful, fun, and island-inspired! For women, think cocktail or midi dresses, matching sets, and playful prints or colors. For men, think linen or lightweight trousers with a button-down or polo. Jackets are optional. Feel free to lean into the tropical setting! Wedding — Coastal Formal For women, we encourage midi or floor-length dresses in bright colors, prints, or elevated fabrics. Please note the ceremony will take place on the sand. For men, suits are encouraged in lighter colors and breathable fabrics — think linen or lightweight tailoring in tan, blue, green, or other coastal tones. Ties are optional. Please no shorts or overly casual beachwear. Most importantly, have fun with it! We’d love to see color and personality.

Are children invited?

We love your little ones! Our wedding ceremony and reception will be adults-only, but children are more than welcome to join us for the Welcome Party on Thursday evening.

WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED?

Answer

For the Welcome Party on Thursday evening, shuttles will run continuously between the JW Marriott and the Welcome Party beginning at 6:15 PM, with return shuttles available throughout the evening. On Friday, our wedding venue is conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from the JW Marriott, making it easy to head over whenever you’re ready to celebrate!

ARE UBER & LYFT AVAILABLE ON MARCO ISLAND?

Answer

Yes, both Uber and Lyft are available on Marco Island. Due to the size of the island, availability can be limited at times, so we recommend giving yourself a little extra time when requesting a ride.

IS PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE WEDDING?

Answer

Yes! Parking is available at Mango’s Dockside Bistro for the Welcome Party. For the wedding, complimentary valet parking is available at Sale e Pepe. The wedding venue is also just a short 3-minute walk from the JW Marriott.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR THE CEREMONY?

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes early to allow plenty of time to get to the venue and be seated before the ceremony begins.

WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE?

Answer

November is typically warm and comfortable in Marco Island, with warm days and cooler evenings. We recommend packing for plenty of sunshine, but bringing a light layer for the evenings.
