When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP before February 1st, 2024.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! If you have any allergies or special diet, please let us know with your RSVP or as soon as possible.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We would appreciate it if you try to get a sitter for your kids. But if that isn't possible, bring them with you! They are always welcome.

Can I bring a date?

Of course! Please be sure to include them on your RSVP or let us know as soon as possible so that we can accommodate them.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would appreciate it if our guests stuck to a semi-formal dress code. So please: no jeans, bikinis, or flip-flops... thank you!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The closest hotel is the Hilton Garden Inn (on Riverside Drive in Eagle). A shuttle to and from the venue will be provided.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be free parking at our venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. There will be a shuttle available from the nearby Hilton Garden Inn. Our venue also has rideshare access.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes, there will be a few local events that may pique your interest! Broadway Presents: Mean Girls -- March 10th The Boise State Orchestra -- March 14th Treefort Music Festival -- March 20th There is also ample opportunity to ski or snowboard locally at Bogus Basin! However, we do recommend making the trip up to McCall, Idaho for the ultimate experience on the slopes!
