When should I RSVP by?
Answer
You’ll receive an invitation with RSVP details closer to the wedding. In the meantime, if you know you won’t be able to attend, please let us know as soon as possible.

What is the dress code?
Answer
The welcome party is casual attire. For the wedding, we kindly request cocktail attire (short or long dresses, dressy skirts, jumpsuits, or slacks with a dress shirt or button-up).

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We love your little ones! However, unless your children are listed on your invitation, this is an adults-only event. We hope you enjoy a fun weekend getaway in the beautiful Rockies!

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate guests listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Yes, please visit the “Travel” page for recommendations on nearby hotels. Lodging in Estes Park fills up quickly, especially during peak summer season. We recommend reserving your stay at least 9 months in advance.

Are Uber and Lyft available in Estes Park?
Answer
There is NO Uber or Lyft service available in Estes Park. Instead, we recommend using Explore Estes Rideshare, a local taxi service. You can book in advance through their website at exploreestes.com/estes-park-ride-service. For same-day rides, call 970-235-1156. Their services book quickly, so please allow at least one hour's notice when possible. This a great option for the welcome party and wedding, however, we don't recommend relying on this as your only mode of transportation throughout your stay, as their fleet is limited and it will be peak summer season. Yes, there are two designated parking lots right next to the venue with plenty of free parking for all guests. You may leave your car overnight if needed.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm. Please plan to arrive at least 20 minutes early to get settled and enjoy the beautiful mountain views.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be held outdoors under a covered pavilion, followed by an outdoor cocktail hour and an indoor reception.

What will the weather be like?

In mid-June, Estes Park typically reaches the mid-70s during the day and cools into the 50s at night. We recommend bringing a light layer for the evening.

Estes Park sits at an elevation of 7,522 feet. Please make sure to stay hydrated and take it easy as you adjust to the altitude.

What is the drive to Estes Park like?
Answer
The drive from Denver to Estes Park takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes. The drive is beautiful, but does have winding mountain roads. If you’re prone to motion sickness, you may want to plan ahead.
