Yes - everything will take place at The Barn at Walnut Grove, including the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception! The after party will most likely take place at the venue as well, in "The Lounge". Hotel accommodations are on a separate site (about a 10 minute drive), however shuttle transportation between the venue and hotel will be provided. There will be multiple shuttles throughout the evening at varying times.
Cocktail attire/ semi-formal! For women, this may look like an elegant cocktail dress (ranging from knee-length to ankle-length), a fancy jumpsuit, or elevated separates paired with heels or dressy sandals/ flats. For men, this may look like a suit or a blazer with dress pants, a dress shirt, and a tie. Please keep early September temperatures/ weather in mind, as some of the wedding events are intended to be held outdoors.
You can expect to see the bridal party wearing dusty blue (ladies) and navy (gentlemen).

As long as weather cooperates, the ceremony will be held outdoors! Please note that the outdoor ceremony site does not provide protection from the sun or elements. There will be shuttles to escort guests to/ from the ceremony site, as it is a bit of a walk from the parking lot and event buildings. As the ceremony site is primarily grass, ladies desiring to wear heels may want to consider consider heel caps or chunkier heels (as opposed to stilettos).
Yes! The cocktail hour will be held at the venue's on-site microbrewery (Liberty Call Brewing Co) which is equipped with a covered roof area, so cocktail hour will be outdoors rain or shine! If the weather happens to be cooler, the venue has outdoor heaters.
Yes! Based on weather, all on-site buildings including the reception hall are equipped with A/C and heat.
