Please plan to arrive at the venue by 3:30pm (30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony), as you will need to be shuttled to the ceremony site from the venue parking lot prior to the ceremony. Our wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. If you are staying at The Delta Hotel, the complimentary shuttles will ensure timely arrival. WEDDING DAY EVENTS: 1. Ceremony 2. Cocktail hour 3. Reception 4. After Party in the Lounge (on the venue property) 5. After After Party at the Delta Hotel The couple is providing complimentary shuttles between the Delta Hotel & the venue throughout the evening for guest safety & convenience. The bride & groom have chosen a delicious variety of cocktail appetizers and buffet entrees & sides to serve guests throughout their wedding celebrations. No need to select a meal option. :)
