The wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and after party will all take place here! This is also where the couple will be staying and we would love for you to be here with us! Please book your room ASAP if you plan to stay here and receive the discount! Rooms are discounted to $299 per night + $28 (resort fee, discounted from $50/night) Guests are also welcome to visit Hyatt.com and enter “G-K0ND” into the group code box once they have entered Vail as their destination. Keep in mind that if you book your reservation online and try to book outside of the contracted dates - Thursday (6/20) to Sunday (6/23) - (aka want to come up early or stay a day or two later) it will show online that there is not have availability. If you are wanting to book outside of those dates, please call the in-house reservations team at 800-420-2424 and let them know that they are coming in for the wedding.
