How do I get to the wedding venue?

If you are not staying at the Grand Hyatt Vail, please look into ride shares (Ubers, Lyfts). Vail also has wonderful and free buses that you you throughout the town.

Can I bring my kids or baby?

Answer

Although we love your children/babies, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venues (rehearsal dinner and wedding day) due to limited seating. We hope you are able to join us anyway and enjoy a relaxed weekend with friends and family!

What is the dress code?

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside. The reception will immediately follow cocktail hour and will be tented outdoors. We highly encourage you to lather up on both sunscreen and bug spray. The Colorado mountains do cool down in the evenings so we recommend bringing a light sweater or jacket.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

We don't mind if you capture our special day on your phone and post to social media! We kindly ask that if you do take pictures or videos be mindful of those around you and of our photographer and videographer and not obstruct their views.

When will the reception end? Will there be an after-party?

Answer

Due to laws in Vail, the reception will conclude at 10pm. Don't worry though...we will continue the party at a TBD bar!
