FAQs

Question

Where is the venue?

Answer

The address is 338 Webb Rd Townsend, TN 37882.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal, with fun, spring-y colors highly encouraged! Think garden party or tea party. All colors (besides white lol) are fair game. Most importantly, we want you to be confident and comfortable! Women: Sundresses, floral prints, and flowy materials like linens are perfect. Since we’ll be on grass, we recommend block heels, wedges, or flats for comfort. Fun colors, textures, ruffles, and patterns are totally the vibe. Men: Light-colored suits, short-sleeve button-downs, or slacks with a breezy shirt are all great options—it will be warm, so comfort is key. Linens, flowy materials, and playful colors or textures are encouraged. For extra inspiration, check out my wedding guest lookbook. I’ve gathered plenty of ideas to help you nail the vibe! Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4pm sharp so we recommend arriving a bit early to get settled in. We ask that you do not arrive before 3:15 to ensure we have time to set up.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of some immediate family members.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Yes but only if you RSVP’d them! We are at max capacity and cannot accept any extra guests that were not accounted for. Thank you for your understanding.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar serving primarily wine and beer. We will have a couple signature cocktails available while supplies last. There will also be a selection of N/A beverages. Totally optional, but feel free to bring cash to tip the bartenders if you’d like.

Question

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony will be entirely outdoors. The reception will be held in a beautiful glass structure with open garage doors, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. Please note that there is no A/C, so please dress appropriately and keep hydrated throughout the day.

Question

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided, so if you plan to drink, please arrange a designated driver or other safe way to get home. It's a pretty rural area, so finding rides on Uber or Lyft is not usually an option, so please make arrangements prior.

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

The venue has ample parking for all guests. We recommend entering the address—338 Webb Rd—into your GPS. As you arrive, you’ll find the venue located at the top of the hill.

Question

What type of food will you have?

Answer

For dinner, we’re serving some fire Mexican food in a buffet style. You’ll get to build your own burrito bowl, nachos, taco salad, or whatever you want! We’ll have light bites of charcuterie available throughout the day.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We will have a quick moment for you to take photos of us at the alter, but after that, we ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony, we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We will have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

As soon as possible would be amazing! However, our deadline is May 1st 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by that date, we cannot guarantee you a spot. We need to provide our venue and caterers with a total guest count in a timely manner. If you have any extenuating circumstances, please let us know beforehand.
