Pat is one of the greatest friends in the world. Ben and Pat first bonded in Frederick where their shared love of cars, bikes, whiskey and cigars made them fast friends. Always a sage conversationalist, Patrick will at once be patient and tell you like it is in the same sentence, with hilarious consequences.

Ben and Sam grew up together in Northern Virginia; along with Tim they formed the invariable tripod of best friends. Many a night was spent in their basements with pizza, video games and endless laughs. Ever the aspiring economist, Sam was the driving force behind joint business ventures including a car detailing business they started so young that they needed their parents to drive them to jobs to larger ventures down the road.

Jessica quickly jumped into the San Francisco friends, and has made an impression that will last a lifetime. Please note that no other bridesmaids were asked to be a part of this journey; they were instead told of their role, all because Jessica scared the bejesus out of Lio when she jokingly "regretfully declined".

Scott came into Ben and Lio's lives while he was bartending at their favorite jazz bar in Lancaster. Scott has been a part of Ben and Lio's story from the very beginning; he was the bartender with a charming smile. Scott has been a friend for the history books, often stepping in to help us move during the pandemic, showing off his chef skills in the kitchen and helping us unwind with his virtual reality video games.

Alice is a quiet thunderstorm, and Lio is a cacophonous day of sun. Together, the pair has a tendency to shake the earth... and close the bar.

Ben and Riley met while working in the Emergency Room and quickly found a bond in their shared calling as helpers. Affectionately referred to as "Big Sexy" you can often find Riley in the gym or doing outdoorsy things. Kindred spirits, Ben and Riley are often found deep in conversation of laughing uproariously, but trying to keep it down as to not disturb the patients.

Having met in college, Emily and Lio were quick to the hip. From rescuing stray kittens to sharing cheap bottles of wine, Em and Lio share a beautiful friendship of connecting right where they left off, regardless of the time in between.

Jessie and Ben have been friends for too long to possibly count on fingers and toes. With Jessies love for storytelling and natural demeanor for public speaking, she quickly agreed to unite the two together. While she didn't quite understand what she was signing up for, Ben and Lio are joyfully happy for her passion and joy.
