Rehearsal Dinner, Private

Business Casual

This will be a dinner in which selected guests will be served cocktails and dinner, as well as a limited selection of wines, beers, and liquors. The process and timeline of the ceremony will be reviewed, as well as a sharing of toasts and lots of laughter.

Ceremony

4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

The dress code for our wedding is as fancy as you're willing to go. We have lovingly called our theme Met Gala; Elegant Christmas. Lio is a costume designer... she dares you to bring your A-Game.

Between Ben's extensive study of the world's religion and Lio's passion for history and culture, the two have decided on a multicultural ceremony that will highlight the diversity through their personal cultures as well as celebrate the cultures that have greatly impacted their lives and their love. More information on these celebrations and the traditions that are associated with them will be provided upon arrival to the ceremony.

Cocktail Hour and Dinner

5:00 pm - 7:30 pm

After the ceremony, the couple invites you to enjoy an open bar for the cocktail hour as everyone moves into the barn for dinner. Please make note of any dietary restrictions so the caterers can take any needed precautions.

Dancing

8:00 pm - 9:30 pm

Join the couple in celebration and a night of dancing to the award winning band The Big Fat Meanies!

Shuttle From Venue

8:30 pm - 10:15 pm

An early shuttle will be available at 8:30 pm to return to the hotel. The remaining shuttles will depart at 9:45 pm and 10:00 pm.

Sparkler Send Off

9:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Send the couple off with a celebration of sparks to match the love in the air!
