Are we allowed to bring kids?

Answer

Please note this will be an adults-only celebration with the exception of some immediate family. We want our guests to take advantage of a night of adult only fun! Thank you for understanding.

We will be having a buffet style dinner. Please respond to the food option card included in your formal invitation. Thank you!

A very important question.... what is the bar situation?

Answer

The bar will be run by the Spearfish Canyon Lodge catering. Jace and I have contributed some money towards the bar for our guests to enjoy some free beer and/or drinks. After our contributions have dried up (no pun intended...) it will switch to a CASH BAR. There is an ATM on site and one about 6 miles away at Cheyenne Crossing.

Sooooo COVID-19....???

Answer

I will keep this short and simple. We are going to have our big day on July 24, 2021 if the venue allows for it. Thankfully most activities will be held outdoors (pray for good weather!). This will allow for the best social distancing possible. In addition we will be putting as many precautions in place as possible- temperature/health checks, personal identifiers, masks, hand sanitizer and seating options for people who are at high risk. Again, we would love to see all of you and we are hoping for a miracle in the next year - if not we will make due with what we got! Please stay home if you are sick, believe you have been exposed or have pending test results. We understand not everyone will be able to make it!
