FAQs

If you have any other questions other than what we’ve listed here, please reach out to our wedding planner, Monica Furman, at 303-775-3951.
Question

Who should I contact with any questions?

Answer

PLEASE contact our wedding planner, Monica at 303-775-3951 with any questions regarding the event, hotels, attire, or anything else you can think of for your stay. PLEASE do not try and contact the bride or groom on the day of the event! Thank you!

Question

How will we get to and from the ceremony and reception? Where do we park?

Answer

Due to COVID-19, there will no longer be a shuttle service provided. There will be VERY limited parking at the ceremony so we ask that everyone park at the Museum of the Mountain Man or the baseball fields and walk to the ceremony site. For the reception, we ask that everyone try to carpool as much as possible after the ceremony. There is more parking at the reception location, but we still ask that people carpool if able. If you have any questions, please refer to our wedding planner, Monica (303-775-3951)

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Dressy Casual. We will also be outdoors for most of the ceremony and reception, so make sure to wear the proper footwear when attending (i.e. no stilettos!).

Question

How can I book a hotel room from the Streiff/Tegeler Wedding blocked rooms at the Hampton?

Answer

1. Call the Hampton Inn & Suites Pinedale directly at 307-367-6700 2. Choose option "0" when prompted to spend to the front desk. 3. Request a room in the Streiff/Tegeler Wedding block in August. 4. Choose an available room type and provide a credit card guarantee. 5. Receive a confirmation number. 6. All rooms in this block have a 48 hour cancellation policy. 7. Reservations for this block need to be booked before 7/16/2020.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 15th!

Question

What are you doing for COVID-19? How are things changing in the light of these events?

Answer

In light of COVID-19, we wanted to let you know our wedding is going forward as planned. If you’re no longer able to attend, we completely understand. You can update your RSVP anytime on our site, and we wish you health and safety during this difficult time. If you plan to attend the wedding, you are doing so at your own risk. However, if you are feeling sick or think you may have any symptoms of COVID-19, we do ask that you stay home even though we do wish you were there. Safety is best! In regards to the measures that are being taken, all vendors will be wearing masks and their temperatures taken prior to the event. If guests wish to wear a mask, you may, but are not required (outdoor gatherings have been approved for up to 250 people). Eating surfaces as well as waste receptacles will be sanitized and hand sanitizer will be provided for guests.
