ATHENS

The best airport for access is the Athens International Airport. When booking flights, please note that Delenia is best accessed by ferry boat from Agia Marina, which start at around 8AM and end at around 6-10PM, depending on day of the week and time of the year. So, if you are planning on coming straight to Delenia from the airport, it is best if you can arrive at Athens airport between 5AM and 6 or 7PM (or earlier in spring and autumn) to catch the ferry, and likewise, if you are leaving straight to the airport upon departure, it is best to book a flight that leaves between 10AM and 11PM. There is also access via the Chalkida bridge, so even if you are arriving in the middle of the night, you can drive the long way or transfers can be arranged with our trusted taxi driver. Please send us the flight number and origin.

RESERVED DRIVER DIRECTIONS

1. ATHENS AIRPORT TO AGIA MARINA MARATHON PORT (1 HOUR) 2. FERRY TO NEA STYRA PORT (40 MINS) From the port of Agia Marina, take a 40-min ferry to Nea Styra port, on the island of Evia. NEA STYRA PORT TO VILLA DELENIA (20 MINS) Once on the island, the villa caretaker will pick you up at the port and take you to your hotel/airbnb/villa.

WILL THERE BE TRANSPORTATION TO GUESTS? YES! Transportation is available for ALL guests! HOW DO I RESERVE MY TRANSPORTATION? Please let Sheila know your point of origin with time and date so she can confirm with driver in Athens. Said driver will take you to the ferry. Once you cross, there will be another drive awaiting your arrival to take you to your hotel/airbnb. Same for the travel home. WILL THERE BE TRANSPORTATION AVAILABLE FOR ALL WEDDING EVENTS? Yes! Transportation is available to/from: Welcome Dinner, Wedding and Brunch. Please let Sheila know if you plan on joining any of the above listed.

ACCOMODATIONS

While we wish that we could have all of our family and friends stay with us at the villa, there is very limited space. For this reason, we've included a couple of recommended hotels, Airbnb, VBRO's and HomeAway's that you can stay at below that are only a quick car ride away from us. Check in, get settled and then come on over to our place to have a drink seaside with us! Lets celebrate!
