Shuttle from ***Kaimana Beach Hotel*** to Dillingham Ranch

Most hotels on Oahu are located within the tourist district of Waikiki (on the south side of the island). Our wedding venue is located in the northwest corner of the island (about a 1-hour drive). For the convenience of our visiting guests, we will be providing a shuttle from Waikiki ~to~ and ~from~ the venue. Please RSVP to the "Shuttle" event if you plan to ride along, so we know how much space to reserve!

Kaimana Beach Hotel

***Hotel block update: we were unfortunately only able to reserve a limited number of rooms for this block; however, if you are experiencing any difficulty with finding reasonable lodging accommodations, please let us know! We are happy to help, and offer apologies to anyone who was waiting on this hotel block.*** This is a really nice little beachside boutique hotel, located at the south end of Waikiki, with a bungalow-chic aesthetic (but also very classy) in plenty of pink and turquoise. It contains a popular restaurant called Hau Tree, which is a gorgeous place to have a meal or a drink on the beach. (Fun fact: the proposal took place at nighttime on the beach right next to Hau Tree, which gets lit up beautifully with lanterns and torches.)

Hotel La Croix

Though we don't have a room block reserved here, we feel this hotel is worth mentioning, especially if you are budget-savvy. It's on the north side of Waikiki, and while it is not beachside, you can get an ocean view room or even a suite for the same price as a regular room at some other hotels. Combine that with some very satisfied reviews from our friends, and we'll say it's worth checking out.

Travel Note

A Note on Airbnb's

For those wondering why Airbnb options are limited here: You may notice that they tend to be clustered in Waikiki. This is because Oahu has laws prohibiting short-term rentals for <90 days in most areas. Exceptions are: 1) areas zoned as "resort", and 2) the handful of properties in other areas that have succeeded in the tedious process of getting a legal designation. You can definitely find a place to stay, just know that some areas literally have no Airbnb's.
