We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend will be clearly listed on your invitation OR the invitation will indicate an additional guest is allowed.
Due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests under age 18 on our wedding day.
There are room blocks available at local hotels in Downtown Richmond as well as the Midlothian area. Please view the Travel page on the website for specific hotel block information.
For our guests there is free on-site parking.
Both our afternoon ceremony and reception will be indoors.
The ceremony will start promptly at 4pm. Please aim to arrive no later than 3:40pm before the ceremony begins to allow for seating and getting settled. We also recommend considering traffic and travel time to ensure you do not miss any part of the celebration. We kindly request our guests to wear all black cocktail attire.
Our ceremony is unplugged. We kindly request that all guests refrain from taking pictures or videos during the wedding ceremony. Please avoid blocking the view of our professional photographer and videographer that will be capturing every moment. We promise to share the photos with you after the wedding. Once we are announced husband and wife, feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you'd like! Also, pictures and videos are allowed during the cocktail hour and during the reception.
